“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “Vito can be anxious in new situations, but he liked Sally and her backyard as soon as we met her! Sally is very kind, understanding, and thoughtful. She sent many beautiful pictures of Vito, which we enjoyed. While we were away, it seemed like when I thought, "I wonder how Vito is doing..." I would have a message, pictures, or a video from Sally. We felt great leaving our baby in such great hands, and we will definitely book with Sally again!”

We also do daycare with her and my Yorkie enjoys going back, which says a lot since she’s usually pretty anxious in environments outside of the house. Lauren is very kind and treats my little one like her own, and I really appreciate the care she gives her. We’ve had a great experience overall.”
