Koko kept me updated multiple times a day with messages and photos, which made such a difference and gave me total peace of mind. Benny loved playing with their daughter, and in pics its obvious he loved the entire family as he was smiling in almost every picture. They had a lovely garden Benny was able to run and play ball in. Benny was happy and relaxed when time for pickup and napped several times that day as he had enjoyed their company so much! If you're thinking about booking with Kwok, just do it! “Michael looked after our 10 month old working spaniel puppy and I can tell she had an absolute blast and had lots of fun. Michael kept me up to date throughout the day sending lots of photos which was great to see and helped us enjoy our weekend away! Michael asked all the questions before we left about her routine n likes so Alba would feel at home! Got her back and she is already shattered! Will defo be using Michael again in the future”
