Koko kept me updated multiple times a day with messages and photos, which made such a difference and gave me total peace of mind. Benny loved playing with their daughter, and in pics its obvious he loved the entire family as he was smiling in almost every picture. They had a lovely garden Benny was able to run and play ball in. Benny was happy and relaxed when time for pickup and napped several times that day as he had enjoyed their company so much! If you're thinking about booking with Kwok, just do it! “Gavin was really helpful and organised a pre sit meet up so he could get to know Ted a little bit and asked lots of questions to make sure he knew his routine which was really reassuring. He kept in touch while I was away with pictures and Ted was happy and relaxed when I got home. :)”

“Cheryl was just amazing with our 18 month old Romanian rescue dog. She was so patient as Luna figured out her and her lovely home. After an initial walk, we booked in an overnight stay and is safe to say Luna has a new best pal! Cheryl kept is up to date throughout the stay as it was the first time Luna had been away overnight. Nothing phased her and we picked up a very chilled happy puppy the next day.”

He had an absolute ball with all the other dogs and can tell her was looked after really well despite all his health needs. “Helena looked after my little Chihuahua Poppy for a second time and again I am really pleased with how well the boarding went. Poppy is elderly and Helena and her family take great care of her and give her lots of attention, love and cuddles meaning that I can relax on holiday knowing that Poppy is very happy. Helena is such a lovely kind person and Poppy was happy to see her when I dropped her off, that says it all! “Cathie looked after Penny for 9 days and kept her comfortable the entire time. It was the first time we had left Penny and Cathie made her feel as happy and comfortable as she does at home. I was kept updated daily, with photos and information about what they had done or how Penny was doing. “We left Maxwell with Sara and her partner Calum for 5 days and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Max is epileptic and requires a little extra care than most dogs, which they handled with ease. We were kept updated constantly with pictures and videos, so we were never worried. You could tell they were a perfect fit for max. He is now curled up at the end of the bed, which is a very good sign. Don’t know who had a better holiday, us or young Max.
