“Koko and his family were absolutely amazing with my Lab, Benny! From the start, Koko was very communitive while setting up the booking. Dropping off I felt like Benny was in really safe hands. Koko kept me updated multiple times a day with messages and photos, which made such a difference and gave me total peace of mind. Benny loved playing with their daughter, and in pics its obvious he loved the entire family as he was smiling in almost every picture. They had a lovely garden Benny was able to run and play ball in. Benny was happy and relaxed when time for pickup and napped several times that day as he had enjoyed their company so much! If you're thinking about booking with Kwok, just do it! “Gavin was really helpful and organised a pre sit meet up so he could get to know Ted a little bit and asked lots of questions to make sure he knew his routine which was really reassuring. He kept in touch while I was away with pictures and Ted was happy and relaxed when I got home. :)”

“Helena looked after my little Chihuahua Poppy for a second time and again I am really pleased with how well the boarding went. Poppy is elderly and Helena and her family take great care of her and give her lots of attention, love and cuddles meaning that I can relax on holiday knowing that Poppy is very happy. Helena is such a lovely kind person and Poppy was happy to see her when I dropped her off, that says it all! I would definitely recommend Helena as a sitter and would have no hesitation in leaving Poppy with her again.”

He had an absolute ball with all the other dogs and can tell her was looked after really well despite all his health needs. “Cheryl was just amazing with our 18 month old Romanian rescue dog. She was so patient as Luna figured out her and her lovely home. After an initial walk, we booked in an overnight stay and is safe to say Luna has a new best pal! Cheryl kept is up to date throughout the stay as it was the first time Luna had been away overnight. Nothing phased her and we picked up a very chilled happy puppy the next day.”

“Alice was amazing with our dog Daisy! Daisy was so well looked after and settled instantly. We were away for 8 nights and Alice sent us regular photos and updates. This was the first time we used Rover and I’m so glad we found Alice and won’t hesitate to board Daisy again with her. They listened to us about his needs and done everything to make his stay away feel like his own holiday. “Honestly the most lovely young lady. My puppy is only 8 months old, and he can be quite anxious, I was really worried about leaving him. Julia suggested a meet and greet before I left him for a few days and this helped a lot. She sent me regular updates, pictures and videos. She was able to see how loving any funny my pup was because of the love and care she gave to him. I couldn’t rate her high enough and I will definitely recommend and leave my dog with her again.
