“We had such a great experience leaving Vader with them and honestly couldn’t have asked for better care From the start they were friendly, polite, and really easy to communicate with, which made the whole process feel stress-free. While we were away, they kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which we really appreciated, and it was so reassuring to see how happy and settled he was. It was obvious Vader was completely comfortable and having the best time (I genuinely think he would’ve happily stayed longer!!) They really embraced his personality as well, even his obsession with bringing his collection of sticks in the house lol, which made it feel like he was properly understood and cared for, not just “looked after.” When we picked him up he was absolutely exhausted, which says everything; clearly lots of walks, playtime, and attention. We wont hesitate to book with them again and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and genuinely great with dogs”

“We really appreciated being able to meet Connie before our 2 year old Terrier stayed with her. It was reassuring for us that she has a good understanding of terriers' quirks and personality ( and clearly enjoys them!) Our boy came home happy and relaxed from a two night stay. We also appreciated the photos she sent during his stay, particularly the ones of him smuggling up for cuddles with her....he looked so chilled out! We will certainly be asking her to take care of him again”

“Dude stayed with Erin for three nights and had a sweet little getaway! She was really kind and sent us tons of photo updates, which made us feel super at ease while we were gone. We always knew what he was up to and that he was in good hands. He also made a new best friend (and possibly a girlfriend) with her dog, which was so cute — they became fast friends and it totally melted our hearts. Overall a great experience, and we’d definitely feel good about leaving Dude with Erin again!”

“I don’t even know where to start, I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a more caring and loving person to look after my boy 🥹♥️. He’s a very high energy working cocker and she had him sleeping on the sofa within the first few hours. She took him on so many amazing adventures and he had loads of different experiences that I really doubt he wants to be home! From the first meeting she had a mini interview where she asked me absolutely everything about Pickle. What he likes, what each command means, his favourite toys, treats, you name it. “Grace was wonderful with our new puppy and was very welcoming to our situation. Since he is only 11 weeks old and hasn’t had his second vaccination yet, we needed someone who could care for him on his own, without other dogs around. Grace gave us frequent updates and photos, which was very reassuring. Oscar seemed to love his stay so much that he almost didn’t want to leave! We would definitely recommend her.”

“Jessica is a lovely, warm and friendly person and has an obvious love and enthusiam for dogs. Our dog Dexter had an overnight stay with Jessica when we visited Gateshead and he had a wonderful time, going for walks and making friends with Jessica's own dog. We had great communication before and during Dexter's stay. As we left Dexter was virtually hugging Jessica goodbye! I'm only sorry we live so far away as I would use Jessica on a regular basis and will do so if we visit the area again, I can't recommend her highly enough.”
