Tiago showed great care for my dog by following all of the instructions, played with him and made him feel safe in a new environment. My dog didn't even cry when I handed him over to Tiago and I instantly felt convinced my dog was in good hands. There's not a single thing I wish Tiago did differently. Giving lots of care, attention and cuddles to your dog which gives you peace of mind. They would feed your dog the diet of your choice, walk them in the park, play with them and would medicate if your dog is on medication. I would highly recommend Josh & Paul and would leave my dog with them in a heartbeat,”

“I booked my Kitty with Aysha for 4 nights and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! It was super last minute as I had an emergency and Aysha responded immediately and took her in within an hour which I was incredibly grateful for. She sent me hourly updates and spoiled me with dozens of photos of Kitty having the time of her life, with all the toys, play times and cuddles - I honestly don’t think she wanted to come home! 🥰 Aysha truly loved on Kitty as if she were her own cat, and prioritised her comfort by keeping her own cat in a separate room as she recognised that Kitty was feeling anxious, even providing calming mood lighting and playing relaxing music for her - I wanted to stay over too for this luxury treatment! 😂 Her house was clean and tidy and I was able to go in and set up a little corner for Kitty and make her comfortable which was really reassuring as well to see where she would be staying. Aysha was super welcoming and accommodating for Kitty’s dietary needs as well. The number of photos and videos she sent made it feel like Kitty was still with me which was amazing and kept my mind at ease as I didn’t ever have to wonder what Kitty was up to and how she was doing. I would 100% book Aysha again, with her veterinary background as well I know Kitty couldn’t be in better hands 🫶🏽”

“We were quite nervous about leaving Daisy as she had never been looked after by anyone outside of our family before. We really needn't have worried because Andrew and Mati were absolutely fantastic with her. They took such great care of Daisy and kept us reassured while we were away and shared photos. When she became a little fussy with her eating, they were incredibly patient and took the time to try different approaches to encourage her, which worked really well. It was clear that they genuinely cared about her wellbeing and happiness. We came home to a happy, well-looked-after Daisy, and we wouldn't hesitate to leave her with Andrew and Mati again.
