“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “Ksenia is wonderful! She kept our 7-year-old Golden Retriever, Junie, in her apartment while we were gone for the weekend. She was careful with instructions and sent pictures and updates while we were away. Junie is sensitive/nervous during storms and Ksenia cared for and comforted her during a stormy evening. Her dog Flora was a wonderful playmate for Junie and they went on walks together. When we returned home, she was happy to see us, but also very clearly eager to return to Ksenia's house.
