“Andy was amazing with onyx we had visit before the booking we met Andy and onyx loved him straight away, onyx stayed with Andy for 8 days and throughout my time on holiday I was sent lots of updates and photos with onyx on a walk and out playing. It was so lovely to see onyx feel so at home with Andy. Onyx was well looked after the sitters home was perfect and no issue had big gardens for onyx which he loved. From the first message Rhian was excellent at communicating and as it was the first time leaving my dog with her, she arranged a meet and greet. All went well and left me feeling comfortable leaving my dog with her. I received updates throughout the weekend with lots of pictures. “We were nervous about leaving our dog Lulu with people she didn’t know. But as soon as we met up with Jak and Bee we knew she would be fine with them. They welcomed us into their home, were kind and friendly and we felt completely comfortable about leaving her with them. They kept in contact with us as we had agreed with photos and Lulu looked very happy and settled.”

“Our dog isn’t used to staying with others (and we’re quite precious about leaving him with people) but it was clear from the minute we arrived that he would feel safe and comfortable with Lauren and her household. She handled all of his quirks with kindness and a sense of humour, was great about our timings being a bit unpredictable and allowed us to feel 100% confident that our dog was in good hands. Slightly worried the dog would rather live with Lauren and Winnie but we will definitely reach out to them again!”
