“Chang had looked after my two cats for a week when my family went abroad. When we went to see her she was very nice and friendly and was open to listen to any specifics about how the cats should be kept or what they eat. Whilst away, she kept me constantly updated and let me knew how the cats were getting along, how much they were/weren’t eating and if there was any litter issues etc. Though my cats hadn’t stayed with others before they seemed very comfortable and she made sure they were constantly well looked after. If I’m ever away for a period of time again, Chang is someone who I would trust to look after them again.”
