“Our chocolate Labrador, Stan, stayed with Cat and her family for 9 nights. He was very well looked after with lots of walks and fuss. He also had lots of cuddles and love. We had daily, sometimes twice daily updates on how he was getting on with lots of pictures. I would recommend Cat to anyone and are hoping to use her again when we go away later in the year. The stay was like home from home for Stan and peace of mind for us.”

“Hiu Ling was amazing. We left our kitten with her for 4days and it was the first time we were leaving him. She did a meet & greet with us a few days before we were going to drop our kitten off to her. She was very polite and she also has 3cats of her own. Our kitten has never interacted with other animals so we were a little hesitant about this but she reassured us and we felt better knowing she has plenty of experiences with cats. She sent us up to date videos and photos throughout the 4days and took very good care of our kitten. Simba came back to us happy and healthy. She is someone we will use in the future.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely couldn't fault this stay — 5 stars without hesitation! Buddy spent 4–5 days here and I was put completely at ease from the moment I dropped him off. PRTs can be lively little characters and Buddy is no exception, but he was so well looked after and clearly loved every minute of it. I received updates throughout the stay which meant I could actually relax whilst away rather than worry. Buddy came home happy, well-exercised, and settled — which tells you everything you need to know. Thank you!”

“I cannot thank Charlotte enough for how well her and the kids took care of my dog Tink! Charlotte was so friendly and relaxed as soon as we arrived, which really helped me feel calmer as I was quite anxious about leaving Tink overnight in an unfamiliar environment. I got photo updates to show she’d settled in and was getting lots of love and lap time, which reassured me that she was ok and equally wasn’t causing Charlotte and family too much stress! Charlotte clearly listened to and replicated our usual routines as much as possible and I really felt she was willing to do whatever was best for Tink given that she was in a new place with new people. Overall I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the experience and would highly recommend Charlotte. I will absolutely be requesting her services again in future, especially now I know Tink seems so happy and comfortable there! Thank you again, Tink loves making new friends so I’m sure she’s very grateful too!”

“We can’t thank Jules and Lizzie enough for taking such wonderful care of our dog, Ragnar, while we were away. From the moment we met them, we felt completely at ease — they are such a lovely, calm, and welcoming family, including their two gorgeous pups, Winter and Corrie. Ragnar had been looked after several times by this lovely family. Throughout the period that Ragnar was with them, we received daily photo updates, which made all the difference. It was so reassuring to see him happy, relaxed, and clearly having the best time. We never once felt unsure or anxious — it was obvious he was in safe, loving hands. Jules and Lizzie have such a natural, gentle way with dogs that instantly gave us the trust and confidence we needed to leave Ragnar for the very first time. It’s clear they treat the dogs they care for like family, and Ragnar came home happy, healthy, and full of love (and probably missing his new best mates!).
