Charlotte was so friendly and relaxed as soon as we arrived, which really helped me feel calmer as I was quite anxious about leaving Tink overnight in an unfamiliar environment. I got photo updates to show she’d settled in and was getting lots of love and lap time, which reassured me that she was ok and equally wasn’t causing Charlotte and family too much stress! Charlotte clearly listened to and replicated our usual routines as much as possible and I really felt she was willing to do whatever was best for Tink given that she was in a new place with new people. Overall I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the experience and would highly recommend Charlotte. I will absolutely be requesting her services again in future, especially now I know Tink seems so happy and comfortable there!
