“Christmas is such a busy and all-consuming time of year for so many, but Kevin & his family were very accommodating when looking after my beloved and bouncy border collie Heidi over the build up to this Christmas. He made every step of the process seamless. My dog was made feel so welcome, loved and cared for during her stay with Kevin and his family. She became part of their family unit for her stay! They provided the utmost care and attention, ensuring her care and playing needs were all met 🎾 Kevin provided regular communication & photo/video updates throughout Heidi’s time with his family. “Pauli looked after my 15-year old Beagle twice and she was brilliant! She is extremely kind, reliable, and can adjust to any requirements, including meds administration (she was very understanding of our elderly dog needs, and nothing felt too much to ask!). My dog has never settled at anyone’s place so quickly - 1h after I left, I was sent pictures of Rosie cuddling with Pauli what is very unusual for her (she is a bit anxious and usually needs at least one day to settle!). We also received regular updates (pictures and videos). Rosie really enjoyed her stay and her excitement when she sees Pauli is the best review! I would definitely recommend Pauli to other owners, and we will be definitely leaving Rosie again in her care!”

“Charlotte looked after my boy at her house for 9 days recently while we went on holiday, I was a bit nervous as I’d never left him with anyone who wasn’t friends/family before but I had no reason to worry because she was amazing. Bruce was happy and healthy and didn’t seem to bothered about coming home to be honest! He’s a big dog and has a few quirks but she took everything in her stride and they had a fab week together. She sent me daily picture updates on his walks etc as well which really put my mind at ease. We’ve rebooked Charlotte for December already, would highly recommend her to anybody for dog sitting/walks.”

“Indre made a big fuss of Monty as soon as they met and he loved that.I felt very reassured by Indre ,as this was the first time that we had left Monty.He seemed very happy when we collected him after a weeks stay .Indre was very quick at replying and was very flexible with collection days and times all based around our flights.She had a lovely dog friendly flat and park nearby for long walks.Would definitely recommend Indre and book her again.”

“Richard and Oakki made our 1-year-old puppy Shadow's first sleepover at a stranger's an absolute delight! Our fluff ball has only stayed with family in the past when my partner and I travel but they live quite far from London so finding someone local to look after our pup would be much easier. We met with Oakki before our trip and she was absolutely lovely! She has experience with fluffy, spitz breeds which gave me a lot of reassurance as Shadow can be a diva. On the day of drop off, they were super clear on the house rules for the dogs and were very understanding of Shadow's routine for walking and eating. They provided videos and photos of every key moment in Shadows days and showcased our training such as waiting for food etc which was amazing to see. Shadow is also super used to having people at home 95% of the time so it was lovely to see that he was never alone during his sleepover! Also, Shadow is super fluffy so it was lovely to see that his coat was in lovely shape when we picked him up :) Thank you so much for being so lovely, Shadow has the best time!”
