She kept him in routine and great professionalism. He was so well looked after! He was exhausted from all the games, belly rubs and fun. Her family are the perfect pack! “This was the first time I had used a Cat sitter as opposed to a cattery and did have some reservation but in the initial stage Sherwine (Sherry) fully explained how it would work and what I needed to do which eased my initial concerns. While I was away she then kept me up to date on how he was doing and even sent a couple of videos. He had plenty of room to run around, far more than he would have had at the cattery and when I came to get him he didn't want to go. Unfortunately I am moving away from London but would most certainly have used Sherry again rather than a cattery”

“100% would recommend Cheuk Yi C. I booked for two weeks to look after my mums Jack Russell whilst she is in hospital. Cheuk goes out of her way to make your pet feel safe and comfortable and provides comprehensive daily reports along with video clips so you can see your pet enjoying there stay. My mum really enjoys these video's and it reassures her how well Penny is being looked after and enjoying her stay, she has even made new friends with Cheuk's pets. We have since extended the booking and will definitely use this service again.”

“Maria kindly looked after our precious bichon (snuggles) at very last minute overnight at the weekend. We cannot fault the service received. Maria was so kind and attentive to snuggles. Maria was good at keeping us posted with updates of snuggles. While our snuggles is a sweet and calm dog, she is a 13 year old rescue dog with separation anxiety so needs 24/7 care. Maria was excellent in providing snuggles with the comfort and reassurance she needed. We’re very grateful to Maria for looking after our snuggles, especially at such short notice, and we will be using Maria again.”
