“Kristina has just looked after my two dogs for the weekend. I was slightly nervous as my Westie has EPI and requires medication and a special diet to survive. Kristina was wonderful with both dogs, taking them for walks and sending me regular pictures and videos. Even when Daisy was unexpectedly up half the night vomiting Kristina was not phased, looked after her without complaint and reassured me that all was well. I would highly recommend Kristina as a very caring and attentive sitter and will be using her again in the future - thanks again Kristina!”

About: I have taken care of a wide range of breeds from Border Collie to Whippet to Chihuahua. As you can imagine they have very different needs so I take pride in understanding what each dog needs. I have also looked after various other animals, including; cats/ rats/ hamsters/ rabbits for family, friends and clients. I currently study at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, so am fully available on weekends or lunchtime/ evenings throughout the week! Out of term time I am fully available. I have a fenced and secure back garden with no other pets. I live less than a ten minute walk from Bute Park (dog central).

About: I’ve cared for dogs for over 17 years, having raised my Parson Russell Terrier from a lively puppy all the way through his senior years. That experience taught me everything from puppy training and consistency to the patient, attentive care older dogs need as they slow down. I also regularly walk my friend’s working Cocker Spaniel and often look after my family’s King Charles Spaniel. This has given me hands on experience with different breeds, personalities, and energy levels-from high drive, playful dogs to calmer, more relaxed companions. Animals have been part of my life since childhood. I grew up surrounded by dogs, budgies, hamsters, and goldfish, so caring for pets has always felt completely natural to me. I’m a genuine animal lover, and I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. I love taking dogs out for walks, keeping them active, and giving them plenty of playtime and affection. I recently lost my own dog after 17 and a half wonderful years, and I truly miss having that companionship, so being able to care for other people’s pets is something I’d really love. Your dog will be looked after with kindness, attention, and the same love I gave my own. I work from home, so your dog would rarely be left on their own and would have company throughout the day. I’m able to offer regular walks during the day and in the evening, and I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine to help them feel settled and comfortable. I have a large, secure garden for safe outdoor time, and I’m close to local parks and the Taff Trail, which are perfect for varied and enjoyable walks. I don’t currently have any pets of my own, so your dog would have my full attention, plenty of interaction, and lots of affection I make sure every dog in my care feels safe, comfortable, and well looked after. At my home, I have a large, secure garden and a calm environment where dogs are always supervised. Because I work from home and have no pets of my own, I can give them plenty of attention throughout the day. If I’m caring for a dog in their own home, I follow your routines and rules to keep things familiar and stress‑free. I’m careful with doors, gates, feeding schedules, and anything specific to your dog’s needs. My priority is always their safety, comfort, and happiness.

“Sucheta and her husband were absolutely great with Mabel for her first ever stay with a dog sitter. We went for a meet up a few weeks before to check that she got on with everyone and especially their dog Chickoo, and it all went well. We dropped Mabel off and from the first day Sucheta kept us informed of what was going on and sent lots of photos and videos of Mabel getting loads of fusses and playing with Chickoo. She even coped with Mabel forgetting her toilet training a little in all the confusion. She's a bit of a energetic and crazy dog, especially in new places, so it was really nice to see her chilled out on Sucheta's sofa loving her life. We will definitely use Sucheta again when we are away next.”
