“Barney had the most wonderful stay with Fernando and Morné for just over a week. From the very beginning they made us feel confident that he was in safe, caring hands. They were communicative throughout the stay, sending multiple photo and video updates every day along with thoughtful written messages about how Barney was getting on, which we really appreciated. It was clear from the updates that Barney was having an absolute blast. He spent lots of time on walks and enjoyed running around their safe local dog area, enthusiastically chasing and playing with their lovely young dog Bailey. It was also very sweet to see Kiki patiently tolerating the chaos! The photos they sent were fantastic — some of the best pictures we’ve ever had of Barney — and really showed how happy and relaxed he was. Fernando and Morné were also wonderfully thoughtful and accommodating with routines, feeding, and logistics around drop-off and pick-up, which made the whole experience completely stress-free for us. It’s not easy leaving your dog for over a week, but thanks to their constant updates and the obvious care they gave Barney, we never once worried. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again and feel very lucky to have found such kind, attentive sitters. Barney came home happy, tired, and clearly missing his new best friend Bailey — which probably tells you everything you need to know!”

“Rosalia is an amazing carer; it’s the first time we’ve left Gris with someone else for a whole day - as a rescued Galgo with a history of mistreatment, she takes a very long time to trust a new person. Gris really enjoyed playing with her dog in the backyard, and spent most of the time sleeping (a sign that she’s comfortable). We can’t thank Rosalia (and her family) enough. Truly a treasure. “Giuliana was the best sitter Futuro could have asked for! I really mean it, I was nervous because it was our first time using the app, but Giuli and Pato made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we met them, days before we left for our holiday. They sent photos and updates constantly, took him on walks everywhere, and spoilt him as if he were their own. They gave him so much love and playtime that he was genuinely happy; you could see it in every photo and video, and it was obvious when we picked him up too. They followed every instruction we gave them, and honestly, we couldn’t have felt more calm knowing he was in their hands. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after Futuro the way they did. “We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter for Milo. She was incredibly patient and caring, and truly treated him like her own dog. She even helped with some training, which we really appreciated. Milo also got much more exercise than we expected with plenty of lovely walks. We were concerned given he is a little wild as a 5 month old puppy but she assured us that was not an issue and since we have got him back you can tell she has done a lot of training with him”

“Ben and Grace were fantastic! We arranged a pre meet at their home so Winston could get acquainted. They kept me up to date with photos during his stay and I could see he was very settled and being well looked after. My dog usually huffs with me for a day or two when I return from holidays but on this occasion he didn’t.. do I guess he must’ve been having a great time! 🙂 would 110% recommend!”
