“This was my first experience with Rover. I was apprehensive at first, as Helena (my little Chihuahua) has two diseases (heart one, and Cushing's disease). Since her diseases were detected, I had never left her with anyone. So, we met before Tiphanie took her in. Two days later, I took Helena to Tiphanie's house. And it was more than a pleasant surprise. Helena, who usually doesn't like to be away from me, wasn't at all stressed by the ‘little’ change, she adapted very quickly to Tiphanie. It was a big surprise, but a very good one, because even though she's sociable - she normally takes a while to adapt. Moreover, Tiphanie was really amazing. Many updates, photos and videos to reassure me and show me that everything was going well. Thank you so much for everything Tiphanie, it's been wonderful. And I won't hesitate to book again when Helena needs looking after.”

This was Harley's first ever overnight stay away from us, so naturally we were quite nervous, especially as he is a very particular little dog with his own routines and quirks. From the moment we met them, they made us feel completely at ease. They took the time to understand Harley's routine, his fussy eating habits and his love of cuddles, and treated him as if he was one of their own. Throughout his stay they kept us updated with lovely messages and photos, which really reassured us that he was happy and settled. When we collected Harley he was calm, content and clearly very well looked after. It was obvious he had received so much love, attention and care. Knowing he was in such safe hands meant the world to us. We would not hesitate to leave Harley with Kim again and would recommend them to anyone looking for caring, attentive and genuinely lovely dog sitters. Jayne has stayed and looked after the dogs with me and when I have been away. I trust her totally. She is a caring, meticulous animal-lover and I have no qualms recommending her to look after pets. My home also looks shinier when I get back! More importantly the dogs are always happy. Jayne has had 2 of her own dogs they I have known and she adored them.
