“Xinyu (and Luke) were fantastic with my pup, Coffee, during his four-day stay. I got daily updates, photos of him walking, sniffing around, and staying hydrated—which kept me completely at ease. Communication was always quick and clear. Their apartment is similar to mine and has air-conditioning, so Coffee was comfortable even in the summer heat. Everything went smoothly, Coffee clearly had a great time, and I’ll definitely book with Xinyu again the next time I’m away. Highly recommend!”

“Melissa and Alex were amazing with Reggie!! They took such good care of him, took him out to the parks - played fetch with him, and gave him a bath! They also sent loads of photos - and it seemed like Reggie really settled in with them quickly. As they were a couple, there was always someone around to spend time with Reggie and I was so thankful he was in such great hands while I was away!!
