“We felt very at ease leaving Teddy with Dongmei and Thomas. They organised a meet and greet a couple of days before to talk things over. We rescued Teddy 7 years ago and this is the first time he has stayed with someone away from home. “From I met Ronnie and his family I felt at ease leaving my puppy in their care. They are a lovely family. They didn't look after Koby as if he was their dog, Koby was their dog while he stayed with them. Thet kept me up to date with his progress, by sending pictures and messages. Koby had a nurturing 9 days with them and even made a friend Dave the Frenchie who was also being looked after by them. I felt Koby was safe and loved, which made it easier for me to enjoy my holiday. Will be using them as long, as they will have Koby 🥰🙏.”

Sobre: Took care of family lab for 3 years, walking him 3 times a day in the local park. Occasionally house sit family and friends who have cats and dogs. I’m a PhD student living with my partner in our late 20s, currently working from home. Available during weekdays and weekends. We are able to take them on walks at least 2 times a day, and feed them according to their needs. Have access to a park 30 seconds away and 2 minutes away from the riverside. Currently do not have pets of our own but love taking care of our family dogs and cats.

“Upasna is one of the best pet sitters we have ever met. We are extremely happy we chose her to take care of our beagle dog Zirnis. She immediately connected with him and it was clear they were going to have a great time together at Upasna's home. She has a lot of experience dealing with any kind of dog and we were impressed by her superior knowledge of dog care. She sent us many pictures and videos and provided us with constant updates in terms of what was Zirnis doing, where they went, and what is his mood. We really appreciate this great communication. She took him out multiple times a day, went for long walks, and made sure he had enough entertainment during the day. Upasna lives in a spacious apartment, so there is plenty of space for the dog. Also, her husband is a very nice person, he loves dogs and helps her take care of them. Once we came to collect Zirnis from Upasna's home, it was obvious he already loved them both and wanted to stay for longer. I would certainly book her again and highly recommend Upasna's service.”
