“We felt very at ease leaving Teddy with Dongmei and Thomas. They organised a meet and greet a couple of days before to talk things over. We rescued Teddy 7 years ago and this is the first time he has stayed with someone away from home. “Fernando was fantastic with Gus from start to finish. I received regular updates throughout the week - photos, little notes about how he was settling in, and general check-ins that really put my mind at ease. His home setup is perfect for dogs. Gus had plenty of space to play and explore, and he absolutely loved spending time with Bailey (his new best mate). It was clear he was happy and stimulated the whole time. Fernando was professional and thoughtful. He asked all the right questions about Gus’s routine and temperament, offered a full tour of his home, and even suggested a trial visit beforehand - which I really appreciated, especially knowing Gus can be selective with other dogs. It’s rare to find someone so considerate about a dog’s individual needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Fernando again. Christian & Gus 🐾”

“I really couldn’t recommend Sarah enough. She had our 4 month old puppy for a couple of nights and she was truly amazing. “Hong Ki and Alex were amazing hosts for my doggy/Harry while I was away (1 week)! They took a great care of Harry with regular walks, feeding and play time. They also sent multiple updates throughout the day so I always knew how my doggy is doing 🙏🏻 I really appreciate Hong Ki asking multiple questions about Harry’s habits and routine beforehand ; this helped to ensure he had a good time with no stress. It is always so worrying to leave your pet while on holidays, but with Hong Ki your furry friend is in best care 🙂”

“I'm so happy that Emma and her partner took care of Bucky for the weekend! Everything - the communication, the drop off and pick up, etc - was so easy. When I left Bucky with them I felt confident that he was in good hands, and I was sure he was going to receive great care and a lot of love.
