“We are so grateful to Arron for taking such wonderful care of our cockapoo, Bailey from the initial meet and greet, we felt 100% confident leaving Bailey with him. He was fantastic with daily photo and video updates, which gave us immense peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from the pictures that bailey was having a great time, enjoying beautiful walks and lots of attention. When we picked him up, He was happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. We highly recommend Arron to any pet parent and will definitely be using their services again! Nice and easy drop right next to Blackheath station :) Thanks for cleaning his muddy paws x”

“This was the first time we had left our one year old dog Rosie….we were very nervous but needn’t have been! Neil was absolutely wonderful - Rosie had the best time with Neil’s two dogs and another he was looking after. We had daily video updates so we could see how happy she was…. Will definitely use him again. ?”

“I can’t recommend Erika and her family enough. Bruce is a very shy reserved dog and doesn’t like strangers, I was so nervous about leaving him. I had nothing to worry about. Erika spoilt his rotten, treated him as one of the family. I was sent photos and videos every day, and he looked so happy in every picture. I don’t think he actually wanted to come home haha. I will certainly be using Erika again. Highly recommend to everyone.”

“I really couldn’t recommend Sarah enough. She had our 4 month old puppy for a couple of nights and she was truly amazing. Toffee can be nervous around new people but he liked her from the moment he saw her and so did we. He has come home so happy and content which is lovely to see. “Hong Ki and Alex were amazing hosts for my doggy/Harry while I was away (1 week)! They took a great care of Harry with regular walks, feeding and play time. They also sent multiple updates throughout the day so I always knew how my doggy is doing 🙏🏻 I really appreciate Hong Ki asking multiple questions about Harry’s habits and routine beforehand ; this helped to ensure he had a good time with no stress. It is always so worrying to leave your pet while on holidays, but with Hong Ki your furry friend is in best care 🙂”
