“We recently had to leave the UK to visit our families in Poland and couldn’t take our beloved Reggie with us — international travel for dogs is sadly just too expensive. Naturally, we were very anxious about leaving him behind for such a long time. Enter Ian — an absolute gem of a dog sitter. From the moment we met Ian (and his two lovely dogs), we had a good feeling. Reggie bonded with his dogs straight away, and it was clear he’d found his little holiday pack! Ian kept in constant contact with us, sending adorable pictures and videos of Reggie living his best life — going on long walks, fun little trips, and just generally being doted on. Seeing those updates was incredibly emotional for us — we were genuinely teary at times watching how much care and love Ian put into looking after Reggie. It truly felt like Reggie became part of Ian’s family. We were able to relax and enjoy our time away, knowing our pup was in such kind and capable hands. If you're nervous about leaving your dog for any length of time, Ian is your guy. He’s attentive, loving, and clearly has a natural way with animals. We honestly can’t thank him enough, and we know Reggie is already looking forward to his next stay. Highly, highly recommended!”

“Chris and Lene were amazing and we would not hesitate to recommend them. We met them and their dog Rio for a walk before the booking to check the dogs got on, which they did. Chris sent regular updates and photos while we were away which was great. Our dog Georgie was relaxed and looked after very well while with them, with nice walks and lots of treats. “It was our first time having Sophie sit our 11 month old spaniel Lilo. Sophie was great and updating us on how lilo was and sent us lots of photos! Sophie asked for specific feeding times and was great and ensuring lilo exerted all her energy. Sophie was great at communicating with us. “Wybie had a trial sleepover with Laith and Bronte. He will soon be staying with them for a week. He instantly warmed to them and they welcomed him as part of their family. Wybie was completely relaxed in their comfortable home and what a perfect location for walks on the beach and park! There were plenty of cuddles going on too! I can now go on holiday feeling completely satisfied that our precious lad will be in their capable and loving hands. They are kind and sensitive and really interested to know as much about your pet as possible. Communication was excellent and a Whatsapp chat was promptly set up by Laith to send updates, pictures and videos. This was so reassuring. What really stand out is that both Laith and Bronte genuinely adore dogs. I feel like we struck gold in finding such a wonderful couple!”

“I reached out to Iliyana with a very last-minute request while I was already on holiday, and she did an amazing job coordinating everything with my friend to help my cat Kapkan settle in. She is clearly very experienced and wonderful with animals. I could immediately see how much Kapkan loved her and her partner. Kapkan doesn’t usually get along with other cats, but Iliyana was so patient and thoughtful in handling this, making sure they took turns for activities. That takes a lot of care and patience, and I really appreciate it. She also kept me updated with so many lovely pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away.
