“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “Rachel did a great job taking caring of my 85 lb doodle! He even was having some GI issues before I left him and she was able to take care of him and get him back to normal before I returned. He got along well with her dogs. So far, he’s stayed with her twice and seemed to love both stays and came back tired, which is always a good sign! She kept me updated throughout the stay and responded quickly to all messages. I would definitely recommend Rachel!”
