“I could not have asked for a better dog sitting experience. I have an older dog and I was very selective about who I left him with on my first vacation away from him. Ellen sent me regular updates and pictures so I could see how he was doing. Her communication was excellent. She accommodated my drop off and pick up times. When she had a request to keep another dog for a couple of days in the middle of my dog’s stay, she contacted me to ask if that would be alright. She was great with communicating everyday sometimes multiple times per day which definitely set my mind at ease. Sending pictures and videos of their activities. Her goal was to make him comfortable being away from me and me comfortable being away from him, well she nailed the assignment.
