After taking my babies to multiple kennel companies in Jacksonville, and they coming back shaking, and distraught, I decided to give Rover a try in hopes that I can find someone to properly take care of my babies. Ms. KenLynn kept my mind at ease, after dropping off my fur babies for the first time, as she would periodically send me pics and messages while I was away.. The real deal came, when I came back to pick them up. They weren’t running for the door, they were not shaking, they were not anxious or trying to jump on me in hopes to be picked up and rescued. Instead, looked happy, refreshed, and as if they had second thoughts to even come back home, LOL. How refreshing and wonderful to know your pups are receiving the proper care and you can go away with no uneasiness or care in the world, knowing that your babies are left in the best hands. I have used many, very popular, kennel places here in Jacksonville, and there is no one like Ms. KenLynn! The TLC she gave my pups and making them feel safe and loved is worth anything in this world. Ms. KenLynn will always be my go-to when I need my babies to be cared for.
