“We booked initially with another sitter who was told our late pick-up hour during the first booking, but then decided a couple of days before our vacation that she didn't want to accommodate us and wanted us to book an extra night stay for a pickup at 9:30 in the evening. I contacted Nicole in a state of anxiety and she was flexible about flight constraints. She handled our two pups well and they had a great time at her house. Very considerate even after our stay had ended and we realized we left some items at her place. We'll definitely be rebooking with Nicole again!”
