“Fantastic first experience. Extremely happy!!! We were going on a small family trip over the holidays and being new to the area, needed an option for boarding Zeus. We initially found another Rover pet-sitter but they flaked at the last minute so Cindy and Jennifer came to the RESCUE! From our first time doing a meet and greet in a park nearby, both Cindy and Jennifer were extremely friendly and attentive, asking all the right questions about how to best care for Zeus. During the boarding, they took amazing care of Zeus and kept us posted with great videos and photos. We felt so comfortable leaving Zeus for the first time to someone outside of our family members - we will DEFINITELY be using them again when the opportunity arises!”

“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen.
