Before we booked, Jeff took time to get to know our dog and our family, and shared about himself and his approach. In person, Jeff was so thoughtful about how he approached our dog (who immediately loved him) and took his time to chat more with us. By the time we were saying goodbye, our dog was trying to walk up the step to get into Jeff's house and had absolutely no hesitation about us leaving!
