“Janine was amazing with our team puppy. She was quick at responding to acceptance and last minute, scheduling for the holiday when my son came in for the weekend. She always sent us updates multiple times a day. Never once was I uneasy or feel that he wasn't getting the attention or the needs makeup. It's matt that he would get if he was at home with us. I would definitely send any of my animals to her if the need arises in the future.”
