She and her sweet golden retrievers welcomed my nervous pup with open arms (and paws) , and kept in constant communication with me about how he was doing. She shared amazing photos of him, and he looked so happy and engaged in every single one of them. We also really appreciated her flexibility when we ran into a scheduling conflict and she was so gracious to extend our stay. I hope every experience I have with Rover is this positive. If you are looking for someone who loves pets as much as you do and will treat yours like her own, Nicole is your gal. If I’m ever in the area again, she will be my go-to every time.”
