From the very beginning, Katie was super responsive, making sure we felt comfortable and updated throughout our trip. Lou can be a bit of a handful but Karl is knowledgeable, kind and patient so we had a worry free week+ knowing Lou was in great hands! Karl's comminution and picture updates eased my June knowing he was getting attention and not just locked up all day! We had a couple flight changes but Karl worked with us which was a huge weight lifted. If I could give more stars I would 😀”
