“Mary Serrano has been an excellent caregiver for not only my dog, but also my cat and bearded dragon. For our family's needs, we had her come to our house while we were on vacation to take care of our pets daily needs. She is very diligent and conscientious about her work. She would often stay longer than anticipated to give extra attention to our pets, making sure that they did not miss us too much while we were away. If anything seemed remotely out of place she would contact us immediately. She is kind, honest, and a true pet lover. I would not hesitate to use her again to take care of our pets and highly recommend her.”

“Ellen did such an amazing job with my senior rescue girl! She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her.
