She kept us updated consistently with photos and messages throughout the trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. Flossie clearly became comfortable very quickly — cuddling on the couch, relaxing under blankets, going on walks, and getting lots of love and attention. Taylor even figured out a little trick to help with Flossie’s picky eating while away from home, and it worked perfectly! What stood out most was how attentive and caring she was. Flossie wasn’t treated like “just another dog” — she was cared for like family. Taylor was patient during the adjustment period, incredibly responsive, and made us feel completely comfortable leaving our sweet girl in her care. Her home was calm, clean, and welcoming, and I truly appreciated the individualized attention Flossie received with no other pets in the home during her stay.
