“I had never used Rebecca before and needed someone to watch my senior dog last-minute. Rebecca took a chance on us, and I am so happy she did! She was very friendly and sent lots of pictures and updates. Even though I had not used her before this stay, I felt very comfortable dropping my dog off with her and he returned happy and healthy. Will definitely use her again!”

She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her. “We have booked an overnight stay with Karl last year so we knew we wanted him to watch our bulldog while we went on vacation for about a week and a half. Lou can be a bit of a handful but Karl is knowledgeable, kind and patient so we had a worry free week+ knowing Lou was in great hands! Karl's comminution and picture updates eased my June knowing he was getting attention and not just locked up all day!
