“Florene was amazing as always! It was our first time leaving our dog overnight at someone else’s place and I had a lot of anxiety about it because we were gone for about 5 days. Florene was pleasant from the beginning to pick up. She sent me plenty of videos and photos. I appreciate her and her husband for housing our Max while we were gone. They definitely gave me the peace of mind that I needed and I will be comfortable next time I need to take a long trip.”
