“Our recent stay for Sam with Madison was our first time using the Rover app. Wow! We could not have asked for more -- it genuinely blew us away how great the experience was! Madison was a tremendous host for Sam -- extremely responsive on the message app; very courtesy and friendly with the drop-off of Sam; provided photos/video and daily recaps of Sam's stay; and was flexible and willing to accommodate us to our convenience on pick-up. Not only have we found the Rover app to be easy to navigate and efficient with the information it provides -- we have found Madison to be an All-Star Sitter, that frankly probably provided better care for Sam than he receives on a weekly basis at home! Genuinely very impressed and appreciative of Madison and the Rover platform.”
