She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her. I honestly could not have had a better experience, which is saying something coming from a slightly neurotic mom of a special needs dog :) I'll definitely be booking Ellen again in the future!”

“Mary was absolutely amazing with Layla! She communicated consistently and thoughtfully, sending pictures at least twice a day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Layla usually goes on a bit of a hunger strike when I leave, but she was so comfortable with Mary that she ate every single meal. That alone says everything! Layla looked genuinely happy in every photo and was clearly very well cared for. Mary also shared how much she loved spending time with Layla, and it truly sounds like they both had a great time together. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will absolutely be using Mary’s services again in the future.”

Very nice, very friendly, immediate welcome our Charlie with his disability into their home. They showed no hesitation to just make him feel welcome. Very professional , house is a place that you would want your very family taken care of. Our dog Charlie is a special needs dog. I love that they sent us videos of Charlie sitting in the window, watching the cars go by along with another dog and they was just having a good greatest time just looking out the window although our Charlie was barking at everything he saw, but the other dog tend to look at him and say, what are we looking at bud.🤣🤣”
