“Since this was a first ever boarding experience for both Carmen and me, we were a bit nervous. Mike made the experience a pleasure and kept me informed with pictures of Carmen relaxed and enjoying her stay. When I picked her up three days later, she didn’t want to leave her new canine buddies. “Karl was great. Just in Ohio for the summer and had to find someone for Sampson for a couple different trips. Was a little anxious to leave Sampson but I knew from the initial meeting, that we picked a great person in Karl. “Mary was absolutely amazing with Layla! She communicated consistently and thoughtfully, sending pictures at least twice a day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Layla usually goes on a bit of a hunger strike when I leave, but she was so comfortable with Mary that she ate every single meal. That alone says everything! Layla looked genuinely happy in every photo and was clearly very well cared for.
