Tara took the time to meet us prior to his boarding. She had us at hello. Tara made us feel comfortable that Jack would be well taken care of. Tara sent pictures of Jack playing and you could see nothing but pure joy. He was treated like one of the family. He arrived home smelling fantastic and was very clean despite the rainy weather. Tara made every effort to accommodate both Jack and our needs. Tara exceeded our exceptions and there is a special place in our hearts for her and her kindness.
