Thomas was extremely responsive and set up a meet and greet to make sure Oatmeal and his dog, Lucy, were a great fit. I left detailed instructions that Thomas followed. He was very communicative and sent pictures everyday. There were no problems and I felt very at peace knowing Oatmeal was getting the best care.
