“Janice was great! She watched my pup who needed medicine to be administered and she took care of all of this. She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her. Lou can be a bit of a handful but Karl is knowledgeable, kind and patient so we had a worry free week+ knowing Lou was in great hands! Karl's comminution and picture updates eased my June knowing he was getting attention and not just locked up all day!
