“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. This is the first time someone other than family has watched our dog and I was nervous about using a service like this and having to choose someone I didn’t know. Rayann was so warm and helpful from the beginning. She was really helpful and flexible on drop off and pickup times due to my schedule and flight changes. She sent multiple updates with pictures throughout the week letting me know how my dog was doing. My dog seemed very happy and well taken care of. “Angie was wonderful with our one year old mini bernedoodle Reggie. This was only the second time he stayed in someone’s house and the first time with Angie ! Clean, dogs play openly and the videos and pictures show them all having fun and even playing with the kids who adore having dogs around. On a personal note, anyone who fosters a blind and deaf dog shows his love fir animals (BTW, the blind dogs played as much as t h e rest of them). This is not a sitter, the dogs feel at home.
