Communication was excellent- we received regular updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Leo can sometimes take a little time to settle into new environments, but he looked completely comfortable and happy during his stay. It was clear he was getting plenty of attention, care and exercise. He came home relaxed and well cared for- which is always the best indicator.”
