It made such a difference knowing we could reach her at any time. Not only did our dogs clearly love her, but she also left our house even better than when we left it. That level of care and attention really stood out. It was also incredibly reassuring to know how competent she is—just in the off chance that something did come up, we felt completely confident that she would handle it calmly and responsibly.
