Ellen sent me regular updates and pictures so I could see how he was doing. Her communication was excellent. She accommodated my drop off and pick up times. When she had a request to keep another dog for a couple of days in the middle of my dog’s stay, she contacted me to ask if that would be alright. It seems my dog was very comfortable with her at her place, and I am very grateful for that.”

They made us feel welcomed in their home, and they were easy to talk to while creating a bond/understanding with Lizzie and us. They were patient with Lizzie and made her feel like she was part of the family. Our old lady can be the fun police with her barking and constant pulling of the leash. However, Kayleigh and Andy accepted her the way she is. I truly believe she came out better just by spending time with them and their precious puppies.
