“We recently had a wonderful experience with a Giovanni’s boarding facility, and we couldn’t be happier with the care our dog received. He was incredibly attentive and genuinely passionate about her, making me feel confident leaving her in their hands. I received daily notifications of videos and pictures of her stay where I saw plenty of space for the dogs to play and socialize. My dog returned home happy and healthy, clearly having enjoyed her stay. We appreciated the regular updates and photos, which eased our worries while we were away. Overall, we highly recommend this boarding service to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and caring environment for their pups.”

“Ellen did such an amazing job with my senior rescue girl! She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her. I honestly could not have had a better experience, which is saying something coming from a slightly neurotic mom of a special needs dog :) I'll definitely be booking Ellen again in the future!”

“Katie (and Ruth!) are amazing! Our shy girl had never been boarded before, and we hit the lottery with finding Katie. She was patient with letting Parsley get to know her, and didn't try to force anything. Parsley and Ruth started playing and chasing each other right away - it was awesome to see our usually shy and anxious girl come out of her shell so quickly. We were updated frequently with plenty of pictures. We could tell that Parsley was having an absolute blast - which was confirmed when I went to pick her up and she didn't want to leave. We will absolutely be booking with Katie again.”

She was so responsive sent several pictures of Bailey while we were gone and when we went to pick her up she had all of her stuff packed up and ready to go - she had even broken down her crate so we could just put it in the car. It seemed like Bailey had a great time playing with Paige’s other dogs and they definitely got lots of love and attention! Would definitely leave Bailey with Paige and her wife in the future!”

“Sophie was really great. Even prior to booking she answered all of my questions to help me feel more comfortable and prepared dropping my dog off for an overnight boarding.
