“Tom was very kind & intentional about making my dog, and us as his caregivers comfortable! He allowed us to go on a walk together upon drop-off and settle our dog inside, making sure our dog felt acclimated to his home before we left. Throughout my dog’s stay he shared photos and videos to ensure us of his comfort/safety. They went on multiple walks throughout the day and I could tell my dog had a fun time. I am very thankful for how well he took care of him and would consider booking him again.”
