She made me feel very comfortable with my decision from the get go and she asked many questions to make sure she knew everything about how we take care of our 4 month old puppy Nova. She helped us maintain training with Nova and gave great advice and tips to make the our training journey smoother. She sent many videos and pictures while we were gone.
