After reading John and Zena’s reviews and doing a meet-and-greet, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. They took excellent care of Buster, sending regular photos and videos that really put my mind at ease. It was clear they were attentive to his needs and kept me updated on how he was adjusting. He got along great with their dogs and family, and by the end of his stay, it genuinely seemed like he had made new friends, he even went back to say goodbye before we left.
