About: I grew up with hound dogs and helped care for them from the time I was 7 years old. As an adult I have 2 dogs myself who I love to take out trail running and hiking. Whether your pet needs playtime, gentle care, or just someone to keep them company while you're away, I'm here to help. Your dog will be treated like family here. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you know exactly how they're doing. Feel free to message me with any questions, I’d love to meet you and your pet! I work 4 days a week. I’m free for drop-ins and walks before and after work, plus fully available for the weekend. I’m an active person and enjoy using my free time to care for and exercise dogs. Pets are allowed on furniture, its their home too! I live in a townhouse but can take them out for potty breaks on the bike path.

“Ellen did such an amazing job with my senior rescue girl! She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her. I honestly could not have had a better experience, which is saying something coming from a slightly neurotic mom of a special needs dog :) I'll definitely be booking Ellen again in the future!”

She was patient with letting Parsley get to know her, and didn't try to force anything. She was so responsive sent several pictures of Bailey while we were gone and when we went to pick her up she had all of her stuff packed up and ready to go - she had even broken down her crate so we could just put it in the car.
