“Mel was just so so sweet to our pup Smalls. We went away for a week on a cruise so it was a bit nerve racking to be out of country but she sent us a photos of him daily and very much treated him like part of her family. She made us comfortable with the whole thing and it was clear from the start that she was a dog lover that truly cared. Smalls can be a tough pup but she handled him with grace and we came back to smiles from ear to ear. Without question we will be asking for her help again with him. ****Five Stars *****”
